If you are buying materials for work or study, we ask you for your type of organisation or educational establishment.

We use the information to process your order or brochure requests and to produce statistical information to help us plan and improve our services. You may wish to receive mailings about other OU products and services; we will only send you these if you give us your permission on the order form or brochure request.

We will not disclose the personal information to third parties.

You are entitled, upon a written request to our Data Protection Officer and payment of £10, to be supplied with a copy of your personal data. How do I remove my name from the mailing list?

You can request that your name and contact details be deleted from our mailing list at any time. Please email ouw-customer-services@open.ac.uk with your request.

Our policy for minors

We are unable to accept orders from persons under the age of 18. In addition, we will not add persons under the age of 18 to our mailing list for the purposes of marketing.
