Systems thinking and practice: modelling - T553This pack introduces the process of systems modelling, and also provides a brief introduction to a range of quantitative modelling techniques that are useful in systems work.
It is a resource for the two undergraduate systems courses T205 Systems Thinking: Principles and Practice and T306 Managing complexity: A systems approach. It can also be used as a stand-alone introduction to systems modelling, though if you are unfamiliar with systems as a subject, you will probably find it helpful to look first at T551 Systems Thinking and Practice: A Primer.
The pack consists of a main text of about 64 A4 pages, and a set of supplementary booklets, and an order form for the DVD which comprises of video and audio programmes (each with a set of notes).
